Huc99 is more than just another online betting platform. We are a community of over 850,000 Malaysian players who share the same passion for sports, live casino and e-sports — with a gaming experience designed specifically around local needs and preferences.
Huc99 launched in 2018 with a straightforward goal: to build an online betting platform that truly understands what Malaysian players want. Not a platform carbon-copied from overseas markets with unfamiliar language and unrecognised payment methods — but something that feels built for Malaysia, by people who understand Malaysia.
The founding team at huc99 grew up watching Liga Super Malaysia, spending hours debating who deserved to captain the national squad and staying up until 3 a.m. to catch EPL kickoffs. Those lived experiences are the foundation behind every design decision, every platform feature and every service policy you see at huc99 today.
From humble beginnings covering football and a handful of basic casino games, huc99 has grown into Malaysia's most comprehensive betting entertainment platform. Today, huc99 offers over 30 sports including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF World Tour badminton, NBA, MotoGP including the Malaysia GP at Sepang Circuit, MPL MY/SG esports, live casino with baccarat and blackjack, slots from the world's leading providers, and much more.
More than just a platform, huc99 is a community. Over 850,000 players from across Malaysia — from Perlis to Sabah, from metropolitan Kuala Lumpur to small towns in the interior — have made huc99 part of their daily entertainment routine. That is not something we take lightly; it is a responsibility we carry seriously every single day.
Every feature on huc99 is designed based on real feedback from our members across Malaysia.
Huc99 consistently offers higher odds than most other platforms in Malaysia, with a return rate of up to 98%. This means every win at huc99 carries greater long-term value. Our odds team reviews markets daily to ensure you always get the best price — whether it's EPL football, the Malaysia Open in badminton or a late-night NBA game.
Nothing stings more than a big win followed by days of waiting for your money to arrive. At huc99, withdrawals are processed in under 5 minutes for regular members and under 2 minutes for VIP Diamond members. Your funds can be transferred quickly and reliably to your Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, Maybank2u or CIMB Clicks account. We do not withhold your winnings without reasonable cause — not ever, not once.
Member data security and privacy are non-negotiable priorities at huc99. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by Malaysia's leading banks. Every account is protected with two-factor authentication and an automated system that flags unusual activity. All member personal data is managed in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
The huc99 customer support team operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week — including public holidays and festive seasons. What sets us apart is that all our support agents are native Malay speakers, so there's no need to wrestle with formal English or wait for translations. Reach us via live chat, WhatsApp or email and get a response within minutes.
Over 80% of huc99 players access the platform via smartphone, so we invest heavily in delivering the best possible mobile experience. The huc99 platform is optimised for all popular Android and iOS devices in Malaysia with fast load times even on 4G networks. No app download required — just access directly through your phone's browser.
The huc99 VIP Rewards Programme has five clearly defined tiers — from Bronze to Diamond — with weekly cashback credited without the rollover requirements that hassle members at Gold tier and above. Birthday bonuses, a personal VIP manager, higher betting limits and priority withdrawals are among the real benefits that await loyal huc99 members. This is not just a label — it is genuine reward for genuine loyalty.
Huc99 didn't reach this position overnight. It's the result of seven years of hard work, continuous improvement and, most importantly — listening to what our members told us they truly want from a betting platform in Malaysia.
The huc99 platform launched with EPL and Malaysia Super League football coverage, along with basic live baccarat and blackjack games. 5,000 members signed up in the first month.
Huc99 expanded its coverage to over 15 sports categories and launched a full live casino with more than 50 tables. Total membership reached 50,000.
With the launch of full mobile platform optimisation, huc99 became one of the first platforms in Malaysia to offer complete support for Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow for both deposits and withdrawals.
A five-tier VIP Rewards Programme was introduced and huc99 launched its esports betting section covering MPL MY/SG, DOTA 2 and CS. Membership reached 250,000.
Huc99 has reached 850,000 registered members and has been recognised as Malaysia's most trusted online betting platform, based on independent user research.
Behind the impressive numbers and sophisticated technology, huc99 is driven by a set of core values that have remained unchanged since day one. These are the principles that guide every decision we make.
All odds, bonus terms and huc99 policies are stated clearly in Bahasa Melayu. No fine print hiding anything important.
Huc99 operates with integrity. Your winnings are paid out in full, no tricks involved. If a technical issue arises, we take responsibility and resolve it promptly.
Every decision at huc99 starts with one question: is this good for our players? Members' interests always come first, in everything we do.
Huc99 never stops improving. We continuously listen to member feedback and regularly enhance our platform, products and services.
Huc99 is committed to responsible gaming. Self-control tools are available to all members and we actively encourage healthy playing habits.
Huc99 is proud to be a Malaysian platform built for Malaysians. We support local sports, celebrate Malaysian festivities and speak your language.
Malaysians have a deeply emotional relationship with sports. Football is more than just a game — it is the conversation at the kopitiam on Monday morning, the debate between siblings on Saturday night and the pride felt when your favourite team wins. Badminton is the national sport that brings genuine unity — remember how all of Malaysia would hold its breath whenever Lee Chong Wei stepped out for an All England final?
Huc99 understands the emotional depth of local football and has made it central to our product. That is why our coverage of the Liga Super Malaysia on huc99 is just as comprehensive and detailed as our EPL coverage — because we know that for many Malaysian players, watching JDT take on Kedah Darul Aman at Stadium Sultan Ibrahim carries just as much meaning as watching Manchester City face Arsenal at the Etihad.
For badminton, huc99 provides comprehensive coverage of all BWF World Tour matches including the Malaysia Open held at Axiata Arena Bukit Jalil — a venue with deep significance for Malaysian badminton fans. The Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, Sudirman Cup and Olympics also receive full attention on huc99, with complete betting markets for every match involving Malaysian players or teams.
Behind the user-friendly interface and calming colour scheme, huc99 is powered by serious technology infrastructure. Our servers are hosted in premium data centres with uptime exceeding 99.9% — meaning huc99 is almost never "down" or inaccessible, even during peak periods like weekend EPL matches or Malaysia Open badminton games watched by millions.
The huc99 odds system updates in real time — for in-play betting, odds changes happen in under one second. This matters because in-play conditions can shift extremely fast, and players need accurate odds at precisely the right moment to make informed decisions.
Huc99's payment system is directly integrated with Malaysia's banking and e-wallet networks, including DuitNow, FPX Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay. This direct integration allows deposits and withdrawals to be processed almost instantly, without routing through third parties that could slow down or complicate the process.
Huc99 is powered by a dedicated team of professionals — from platform engineers to customer support agents who are always ready to help.
Experienced engineers who keep the huc99 platform fast, stable and secure around the clock.
Our Malay-speaking support agents are on call around the clock, ready to assist you any time of the day or night.
Seasoned analysts who ensure huc99 odds stay competitive and accurately reflect real market conditions.
A team dedicated to ensuring every cent of your winnings is processed accurately, quickly and securely without any errors.
Huc99 believes that betting entertainment should remain a fun and controlled activity — not something that causes stress or problems in a person's life. That is why we invest heavily in responsible gaming programmes and tools that help members maintain control over their playing habits.
Every huc99 member can set daily deposit limits, weekly loss limits and session time limits directly from their account settings — no application or complicated process required. These limits take effect immediately and cannot be raised suddenly without a waiting period. This is a safeguard huc99 has carefully designed to support members who feel they need extra control.
Huc99 also gives members the option to temporarily pause or permanently close their account whenever they feel it is necessary. No pressure, no obstacles — your decision is fully respected. Our support team is trained to assist members who need help with responsible gaming in an empathetic, non-judgmental manner. For more information, visit the Responsible Gaming us.
One of the things we are most proud of at huc99 is our exceptionally high member retention rate — over 75% of members who sign up are still active after one year. This is no coincidence. It is the result of a practice we have followed from day one: genuinely listening to what our members say and acting on that feedback.
Every major feature huc99 has launched in recent years — from adding local e-wallets to launching the esports section, the five-tier VIP programme and the full Bahasa Melayu interface — all started from requests and suggestions we received from our members. We read every review, look closely at every complaint and take every suggestion seriously.
The result is a platform that feels like it was built by players, for players. When you play on huc99, you're not just a customer — you're part of a community that helps shape the direction of this platform. Your feedback is always welcome through our 24/7 customer support channel or via the official huc99 email.
