These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and huc99 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the huc99 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile application, or any other means of access — you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms set out herein.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the huc99 platform. Holding more than one account — whether under a different name, email, phone number, or payment method — is a violation of these Terms. huc99 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts found and forfeit any bonuses, promotions, or winnings obtained through those accounts.

You are fully responsible for keeping your huc99 account password and login credentials confidential. huc99 recommends that you:

Huc99 will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. Any activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you, unless you have promptly reported unauthorized access to huc99.

All transactions on the huc99 platform are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. huc99 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits:

• Diamond VIP Members: Withdrawals are processed in under 2 minutes with full priority.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30. huc99 does not charge any fees for withdrawals. Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to another method verified under the same member's name. This is a security policy to prevent fraud and money laundering.
